How does this all work, then?

How do I log in?
There are no passwords here! (I'm not honestly sure why, it's just the way it works.)
1 - To log in, click the little fella in the top right of your screen (in between the shopping bag and search button)
2 - Pop your email address into the bar. You will then receive a sign in link in your email inbox. Head over there, click the link and you'll be in!
Once you're signed in, if you've got any loyalty balance associated to the email you sign in with - it'll automatically be on your account available to use.
How does delivery work?
Most deliveries are subject to a £5.99 flat fee for nationwide services.
However, if you are local to our shop, we offer a FREE friday delivery service. All you've got to do is fill your basket with £35 or more's worth of products and you'll see an option for "Local van delivery" at checkout. Select this and we'll schedule you in for the next nearest Friday's deliveries. You'll receive confirmation once this has all been booked in.
Too Many Things?
We sell a lot of products, I know!
While we've done our best to make things as easy to find as possible for you - there are certain ranges so large there is no simple way to navigate around their products. Lucky for you, each category page has Filter by Brand and Search functions towards the top of the page. Use these to narrow the product selection and find what you're looking for!
You can also search our entire online catalogue by clicking the search button at the top right of the website.

We're still working on getting everything uploaded and ready - we want this site to be truly special. If you can't findsomething you're looking for it may just be we haven't yet iploaded it. You can request items for upload on our "Looking for Cats..." Page located in the menu bar at the top of any page.
If it's a product we simply don't sell, we'll get back to you as soon as we can with an alternative recommendation.
